Decanter System can supply all clients with two mobile dewatering kits.
The first kit serves essentially to test the type of suspension to be treated and is equipped with a Sharples decanter centrifuge mod. P600.
The second kit is designed for a more intensive use and is equipped with a Pieralisi decanter centrifuge mod. FP600RS.

AS 16 Kit

The AS16 Kit is machine for liquid/liquid and liquid/solid separation testing where the substances to be separated have very small differences in specific weights.

The super-centrifuge achieves extremely high centrifugal force (up to 21,000 times the force of gravity), allowing very precise separation of liquids or suspended solids.

The machine is supplied complete with electrical panel, pump and flow meter.
The Kit comprises a platform (2000 x 1500 x 1600 mm) with the following components:
  • A SHARPLES mod. AS16 decanter centrifuge rated at 500 lit./h;
  • Single-stage feeder pump;
  • Electrical panel;
  • Instruction manual with procedures for Kit start-up and stop.
The rental period is calculated from when the machine leaves our warehouse to when it is returned.
After each rental, the unit is fully inspected and overhauled to ensure continuing optimal performance.
 
P600 Kit

This first kit has been designed to carry out centrifuge tests on every type of suspension. The client does not need any new equipment in order to use it.

The kit consists of a platform (1400x1800x2000 mm) on which is installed:
  • a SHARPLES mod. P600 decanter centrifuge capable of treating up to 1 m3/h.
  • a mono pump with variator (400÷666 rpm) for feeding sludge to the centrifuge.

 The rental period is calculated from the moment in which the machine is removed from our warehouse, until the moment in which it is brought back.
After each rental period, the entire kit is checked and overhauled so as to be ready and efficient for further use.
 
Pieralisi - FP 600 RS Kit

This unit has been designed to solve all those problematic situations caused by prolonged machine down time due to breakage or lengthy maintenance. The client does not need any new equipment in order to use it.

The kit consists of two platforms:
  • On one of these (3,2x1,5 m) a PIERALISI mod. FP 600 RS decanter centrifuge has been installed, capable of treating up to 7 m3/h, and a rotating screw to keep dewatered matter away.
  • Installed on the second platform (1,5x1,5 m) are the electrical board, a 1 m3 tank PIERALISI mod. P40 pump with variator for feeding sludge to the centrifuge.
