Polymers are often used to facilitate the aggregation of the solid, especially for purification, and they are especially selected depending on the kind of process. This procedure does not apply to intermediate transformation processes or alimentary processes.
In this kind of centrifuge, both the feeding of the suspension to be treated and the discharge of the liquid and the dewatered solid are continuous and automatic and therefore does not require constant supervision.
Decanter centrifuges are the best alternative to other dewatering systems, such as chamber filter presses and belt filter presses.

Beer clarification: centrifuging prior to filtration takes the pressure off the filtering system and reduces the consumption of fossil flour
Fruit juices: crushed fruit can be squeezed by the centrifuges to obtain a higher yield of juice.
Vegetable juices : similarly to fruit, centrifuges can be used to extract juices from vegetables such as carrots and tomatoes.
Rice milk: centrifuges are used to separate the rice from the milk it is cooked in, thereby obtaining a pure product.
Recycling of synthetic materials : centrifuges are used to recycle washing water and recover paper.
Thickening and dewatering of municipal waste : decanters are used to treat waste water.

Our company has the know-out to produce centrifuge with gas seals Atex-certified and carried out with special steels. Suitable to be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and petroleum production processes, these centrifuges can process suspensions with flammable liquids and/or explosives working environment controlled with nitrogen atmosphere.
